Policy.

Our Mobile Service is not available in all areas of Hampton Roads. We currently only service the Penninsula . We do not service the South Side at this time; Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc.

Our Mobile van can only come onto privately owned property. We can service for example ; homes, businesses, apartments, shopping centers and most privately owned property. We can not service customers on city property.

Our Barbers do not enter your home or business. You must be able to come outside and step into our van. Sorry, we currently do not service the handicap at this time. Handicap customers must come to our Salon.

We only accept appointment on our website and all bookings require pre payment. You can schedule an appointment as late as one hour before you want a service and as early as 21 days before as long as the time you request is available.

Once you book an appointment you can cancel or reschedule only if your appointment time is over 24 hours. If your appointment time is within 24 hours you can not cancel or reschedule and you will lose your pre paid payment. If you are not at the location at the time you booked your appointment our barbers will wait 10 minutes before leaving and you will lose your pre paid payment. Please give us a call to reschedule or cancel.

 

SPECIAL COVID – 19  SAFTY PROCEDURES  

Our Barbers are fully vaccinated and always wear face mask for your protection and ours. We also provide face mask for our customers and fully sterilize our van and shop area after each customer.
